Deposit

To give you full attention, we insist of doing one case per day. Our dates for surgery are in great demand, especially before the weekends and public holidays. Also we have to organize manpower and set up instrument. All these incur finanical loss if you simply not showing up.

A deposit is to show your sincerity in scheduling appointment. Your day of choice would still be availble for booking until a deposit has been paid. A flat rate of HKD 5,000 is payable by cash, EPS, Bank Transfer, and VISA. The balance should be settled on the day of surgery before any medication is given.

Please note that interest free instalment does not apply to deposit payment.

Refund

Your deposit minus any bank charge is fully refundable under two conditions:

•  Contact our office by phone during business hours

•  Not less than 7 days before the scheduled date for surgery.

Deadline for Cancellation or Change of Schedule

•  To be fair the deadline is set within our office hours

•  The time & day will be listed clearly on your receipt

•  After this set time & day your deposit will be forfeited, whatever the reason

•  We are not responsible for any delay if you notice our office via email

•  We will not accept any attempted contact outside office hours.

How We Refund Your Deposit

•  Just present your receipt

•  Refund is made by our Company Cheque or Bank Transfer, not by Cash;

•  Bank charge and cost for registered mail will be deduced from your refund

•  Allow our office 7 working days to prepare your cheque or transfer

•  We are not responsible for loss mail if you provide incorrect postal address

•  It is your responsibility to provide us with valid bank account details
