Case 1 : Miss Lau, 23 years old - Charity Hair transplant
This is how I feel after the procedure. I never though I can have a hair transplant to repair my scar (from corrosive) so soon as I cannot afford the usual cost. So I am very grateful for the doctor to accept my into the Charity Hair Transplant Program.

Case 2 : Mr. Lee, 30 years old
Perhaps it's the job pressure, or working overtime too frequently, the question of hair loss had troubled me for more than seven years. I tried different food and medicine but no effect. Finally I decided on Hair Transplant with Dr. Ng.
I am very frightened of pain. even the sight of needle makes me tremor. My friend had a hair transplant elsewhere and he warned me that I would experience intensive pain and discomfort.
To my surprise my entire procedure was quite relaxing, and I did not have much pain. Dr. Ng first analyzed my hair, the shape of my face and skull, and designed a hairline for me carefully, He gave me some relaxing pills before putting a few quick jabs to numb my scalp. I was then half asleep. Not knowing the time, I woke up and ready to go home. Everything just went on smoothly.
Now I can see that follow-up after the surgery is also very important. On the second and fourth day after surgery I returned to the center for shampoo. The doctor and his assistants looked after the wounds very carefully. I believe that once the wounds got infected, management would be difficult and troublesome. I wonder why my friend was not followed up properly by his doctor.
Dr. Ng has a good sense of humor. His staff are quite adorable. Nevertheless I was most impressed by the reasonable and affordable charge for service.
It's unlikely to re-grow even with ingesting or applying medicine. Only hair transplant can solve the problem before it’s too late. I believe I had made the right and wise decision.
Case 3 : Mr. Li, 25 years old
To the laymen, without any doubt hair transplant procedure is not to be taken lightly. So when I first made the decision to have hair transplant, many of my friends persuaded not to. They all believed something terrible is going to happen to me.
But thank you Dr. Ng for giving me the confidence, and your team for looking after me. For that I was able to go through the whole procedure in a very relaxed manner. Now I am going to tell my hair loss friends that hair transplant can be quite relaxing and enjoyable. Most importantly, the result is good.

Case 4 : Mr. D, 30 years old
Ha Ha! Time flies and it’s already over two months after my hair transplant surgery. Really looking forward to see a ‘hairy’ me. I know, the doctor have told me to wait about 6 months for the result, but the transplanted area has already new hair coming out. Come on, hair, keep on growing!
I recalled when I first visited the center Dr. Ng was away. Sara gave me the information but I didn't really pay much attention to what she said. You know every clinic would claim to be the best. The most important issue was obviously the cost. The initial quote from Sara was about HKD50,000. This was above my budget, so I asked to see the doctor for a proper consultation. After examination and knowing what I wanted, Dr. Ng told me that I could just pay for 800 grafts. The revised cost of around HKD30,000 was acceptable and I signed in straightaway. Dr. Ng promised to give some extra grafts for free (see Dr. Ng's comment). After the surgery I was told that the final number of transplanted graft was about a thousand!
I was very frightened before the surgery. Why Not? Someone was going to muck around on my head. After the local anesthesia took effect I did not feel any pain at all throughout the entire procedure. I arrived at 8am and left at 5pm – all done.
One month after surgery I developed some pimples on the transplanted area and called on the center. The doctor and staff treated my condition properly and you know what? The follow-up visit was free as promised. They even asked me to return at anytime if not getting better. Ha Ha, the doctor and his nice staff have really warmed me up.
Case 5 : Mr. Shiu, 36 years old
"I had been using a hair piece for 10 years. I had not been swimming in any public pool ever since.
The hair piece is not cheap and I have to take it to service every few months. Wearing it in summer is quite uncomfortable. The most embarrassing thing is every body pretends not to know that I have a hair piece.
When I first saw Dr Ng he refused to do the hair transplant for me. He warned me that patient gets used to the high density may not accept a more natural look. I don't care as long as the hair is mine. Now 10 months after my hair tranplant with Dr Ng, I threw away my wig and started swimming again."
